I would suggest making sure that you cable-tie the power lead out of the way of your Socket A cooler and the other heatsinks found on the board. The silk screen on the right can be for a potential dual BIOS implementation. When you push the card into the slot, the card cannot be easily removed until you flip the little lock-tab back out of the way.
I don't really see this being a useful feature unless you are a LAN gamer, or just some type of freak that carries a full-size ATX computer around all the time.

Some color changes and flaws may appear. They have made room for some of the HSFs with larger clips and left plenty of space around this socket.
